Hello! I need to know how you Social Media Managers deal with responding to FB and Insta comments & DMs. I’m part of the digital marketing team for an app. Originally, my role was more writing/content creation focused but has broadened to general social media management, which I’m having some challenges with. We get a decent amount of comments and DMs per day on our two pages. To save time, I’ve crafted some canned responses to our most common questions, which directs users to app download link. Apparently using the same few replies isn’t the right approach as another team member says one of our pages got flagged as being potential spam because of this. Do you respond to every comment and DM with a unique response? If so, how much time do you spending per day/week on responding? If not, what am I doing wrong? I’d like to avoid running into the same issue with our other page, as it’s our main product.
