Hội mua bán fanpage facebook — [FB] Facebook Business page owner?

Hi! I’m not sure if anybody will be able to help me as I’ve already basically exhausted all of my resources to try and resolve this issue, but I thought I’d give it a shot! I manage the social media for a technology company, and their social media profiles have been around for about 10 years (I just started working here this summer, so they’ve been managed by a few different people over the years). So, the issue is that I am trying to link our Facebook Business Manager account to our Business page so that we can create a WhatsApp Business account, among other things. However, we have no idea who the Facebook Page Owner is! When I try to access the page, it says my request has been sent to the owner and is pending. Also, if I try to request access (as if I’m a third party) it says the page has been claimed by another business? I am an admin, and I even reached out to the person (who no longer works here) who originally set up our page and she doesn’t know. I have access to the account she used to set it up, too, and she is not the page owner nor is she even an admin.
