Hội mua bán fanpage facebook — My Facebook account is defective

My main facebook account seems to have issues, and those issues are limited to that account only, switching to any other account automaticaly fixes all problems. So, the first is that after visiting or liking a page, I never get the suggested pages that appears as a side-scroll bar. Also, if I visit the pages tab, the suggested pages layout is VERY different than the layout in the other normal accounts. Plus, I never get any friend-anniversary videos or notifications anywhere. Those are the things that I have noticed and I feel like there is something wrong with my account. I don’t know how to contact the facebook support team but I reported the problem a milllion time since a few months now using the “Report A Problem” option. I can’t just let go of my main account because it has all of my friends and work groups. Does anyone have any suggestions on what should I do ? Or know any other subreddits or websites where I can post my problem ? I have a dilemma I can’t wrap my head around and want some advice. I have a personal Instagram. Let’s call it JonDoe. It goes with my personal twitter/twitch/youtube. On it, I have mixed personal content and brand content as a streamer/youtuber. It’s all growing very well, and I have over 1k on insta, growing daily, but I want to rebrand my JonDoe account to my streamer brand, lets call it SillyGamerStuff and start posting more funny / on-brand content. I figured I’d just start a second account for JonDoe’s personal stuff, for family, friends, girlfriend, etc and run with the momentum on my main account, now named SillyGamerStuff (don’t eff with momentum, right?) My only hangup, is that I would basically lose all my personal history on my JonDoe -> now SillyGamerStuff. “lose” as in, all my personal stuff from before I started this online personality, from about 2 years back, so 5 years or so of history, would be buried under all the brand content.
