Hội mua bán fanpage facebook — Instagram - Account made but not made???

This is a throwaway account. I am working with a client and I tried setting up an Instagram page for their business. It originally gave me this error, “Sorry, something went wrong creating your account. Please try again soon.”. I searched it, it’s to do with multiple accounts even though I have one account already when I was signing up. So I used the client’s phone Instagram app to do it from there, it set up but gave an error. I can’t remember it (sadly), it basically gave me the impression the account wasn’t made. I tried re-signing up again but it’s now saying the account email (Note: I used the website email so contact@[websiteurl].com to create the account) and username is taken. I tried signing in but it says the account doesn’t exist / email isn’t on record or what not. I have found an email and tried emailing Instagram ([support@instagram.com](mailto:support@instagram.com)) but it replied with an automated email saying it’s no longer in use. I have no idea what to do or where to contact. I have a dilemma I can’t wrap my head around and want some advice. I have a personal Instagram. Let’s call it JonDoe. It goes with my personal twitter/twitch/youtube. On it, I have mixed personal content and brand content as a streamer/youtuber. It’s all growing very well, and I have over 1k on insta, growing daily, but I want to rebrand my JonDoe account to my streamer brand, lets call it SillyGamerStuff and start posting more funny / on-brand content. I figured I’d just start a second account for JonDoe’s personal stuff, for family, friends, girlfriend, etc and run with the momentum on my main account, now named SillyGamerStuff (don’t eff with momentum, right?) My only hangup, is that I would basically lose all my personal history on my JonDoe -> now SillyGamerStuff. “lose” as in, all my personal stuff from before I started this online personality, from about 2 years back, so 5 years or so of history, would be buried under all the brand content.
