Hội mua bán fanpage facebook — How do you deal with bad reviews on facebook page?

A client is in customer support hiring business with a strict hiring process because they need the people (even freshers) who can deliver the support like they are a company representative. So certain qualities in a candidate is must and hence they have some strict personality based question and filter process which sometimes is too much for an interviewee to handle and hence the candidates are not chosen and get angry. (Also we are consistently trying to be as polite as possible but may be we need a little more improvement so that could also be a cause. I am not putting 100% blame on the candidates). Now these angry candidate go on our (client’s) facebook and google business page and give reviews like… “These guys are fake. They call for an interview but do not select” “They think they are a bigger company than apple and microsoft” “Their HR is super arrogant” … and so on.
