Hội mua bán fanpage facebook — Facebook Upload ID issue

Good morning all! I am not a regular here, but I guess someone else may have had the same issue. I have one facebook account in my real name, and this morning I received a friends request from someone already in my friend list. Since this is clearly not correct, I notified my friend that this had happened, and then reported the id sending the friend request to Facebook as one pretending to be someone else. An hour or so later, I went to go into Facebook, and it has presented a dialog box asked me to upload a picture of my ID. I uploaded a picture of my passport, which it then helpfully displayed in the dialog box. On clicking the “Continue” button, it shows the working animation below the picture of my passport, but then stops and leaves me in the dialog box. There is no error message shown, and no reason to believe there is a problem with the picture (it’s very clear, and the text can be read easily). I have the same problem on my phone or iPad apps. I have tried uploading a jpg file, with the .jpg suffix, and also with the .jpeg suffix, and also I tried uploading a png file. All three get displayed, but the result is the same.
