EDIT: I forgot to put in the title that I’m talking about a Facebook account. :D I forgot the password to it, and I can’t request a new one because the e-mail service that I used when registering (@postafiok.hu) got closed down years ago. I already reported the account multiple times, for multiple reasons, including the fact that it doesn’t even use a real name, but it just feels like nobody is ever checking those reports. I’ve searched everywhere on the internet for contact information so that I can call or message Facebook to verify that the account is indeed mine (it has pictures of me), but I can’t find any way to contact them. I have a dilemma I can’t wrap my head around and want some advice. I have a personal Instagram. Let’s call it JonDoe. It goes with my personal twitter/twitch/youtube. On it, I have mixed personal content and brand content as a streamer/youtuber. It’s all growing very well, and I have over 1k on insta, growing daily, but I want to rebrand my JonDoe account to my streamer brand, lets call it SillyGamerStuff and start posting more funny / on-brand content. I figured I’d just start a second account for JonDoe’s personal stuff, for family, friends, girlfriend, etc and run with the momentum on my main account, now named SillyGamerStuff (don’t eff with momentum, right?) My only hangup, is that I would basically lose all my personal history on my JonDoe -> now SillyGamerStuff. “lose” as in, all my personal stuff from before I started this online personality, from about 2 years back, so 5 years or so of history, would be buried under all the brand content.
