Hi, I’m running a Facebook Page Likes campaign for a baby goods brand with an average budget for Page Likes of about $300 monthly. During the last months, I’m noticing something - with every day, the cost per page like increases. In the first day of starting the campaign, it’s about $0.10 per like and in just a few days it gets as high as $0.5. I’ve tried several targeting options - broader and smaller audiences, also lookalike audiences. But it’s the same - with every day, the cost per result drastically increases. Even more interesting - the campaign’s CPR is lowest in the first hours, during the learning period (usually it should be the opposite, I believe). I’ve also tried different text for the campaign with no result. The other campaigns I’m running for this page (engagements, messages, traffic) have a pretty consistent cost per result - no increase in the CPR every day. So it’s only happening for Page Likes. For other brands in my country I’m running ads, the page likes campaigns are also pretty consistent and the average CPR is max $0.3 (even for more specific audiences).
