Hội mua bán fanpage facebook — Downgrade or Upgrade in Companies?

I wanted to get your opinion on a possible job moves. I work as a social media consultant (contractor) for a big global brand. They have 4 m followers on FB, almost 2m on IG for USA account . They gets Lots of engagement (they’re pouring tons of $$$ into ad dollars), generally positive sentiment and brand love on all of their posts. The problem is as a contractor - there is 0% career advancement (I won’t even be considered for placement on their social media team), and they just transferred someone with little social media background into the open position on the team. She is very green. (To the point where she Is asking me questions like how to post an IG story, how to RT, what do arrows means on benchmark, reports, what does community manager do… etc). And I’ve had to train her in this regard. It has been so.frustrating to work so hard for a team that doesn’t recognize your worth. (Pick me….choose me….love me) I will say, I negotiated a substantial raise and bonus for my contributions up to.this point which is totally appreciated lol.
