Hội mua bán fanpage facebook — Why do my social media posts lack engagement/likes...

It seems like most of my friends are always getting way more likes/engagement on their photo posts, especially on Facebook. I’m not a narcissist who values my worth on social media likes, but I’m genuinely curious as to why this is happening. A few days ago, a good friend of mine and me went to a Broadway show. We both posted the exact same photo, and I got 3 likes while she has 60+. Granted, she has more FB friends than me - I have over 500 and she has over 800, but that doesn’t seem like it would make THAT much of a difference. She also posts less than I do, like every few weeks. I post maybe once a week or couple of weeks. Is it just a difference in personality? She’s very outgoing and is around a lot of people in real life. I’m introverted and work from home, so my social life is slim at best. Does real world engagement with people affect your social media presence? I also see some friends getting 200-300 likes on posts and the most I’ve ever had is around 60-70 (almost always on profile picture changes). Seems like people respond more to pictures of you and your face, but most of my content is pictures of things I’m experiencing. I don’t like posting pictures of myself much

I have a dilemma I can’t wrap my head around and want some advice. I have a personal Instagram. Let’s call it JonDoe. It goes with my personal twitter/twitch/youtube. On it, I have mixed personal content and brand content as a streamer/youtuber. It’s all growing very well, and I have over 1k on insta, growing daily, but I want to rebrand my JonDoe account to my streamer brand, lets call it SillyGamerStuff and start posting more funny / on-brand content. I figured I’d just start a second account for JonDoe’s personal stuff, for family, friends, girlfriend, etc and run with the momentum on my main account, now named SillyGamerStuff (don’t eff with momentum, right?) My only hangup, is that I would basically lose all my personal history on my JonDoe -> now SillyGamerStuff. “lose” as in, all my personal stuff from before I started this online personality, from about 2 years back, so 5 years or so of history, would be buried under all the brand content.
