Hội mua bán fanpage facebook — Help... My Facebook Keeps Getting Disabled

Facebook has never really been my thing, but I am trying to create a personal account in order to create a business page for a company I just recently started. However, my first account I tried to create got disabled. It said I needed to send in ID to prove it was me. I submitted the ID and it’s been over a week and still no word on my account. No email, no nothing. Today I decided to try making an account again with a different email. I created the account and added friends and family and then added a profile picture. Shortly after this, the account also got disabled. It is getting very frustrating and I don’t know what to do. It is especially frustrating because Facebook has no email or help phone number to contact. How can a company that big not have this to serve their customers? It’s ridiculous. Furthermore… WHY DO THEY KEEP DISABLING MY ACCOUNT!???? If anyone knows what to do, please let me know. Did I screw myself over by creating another account? I have a dilemma I can’t wrap my head around and want some advice. I have a personal Instagram. Let’s call it JonDoe. It goes with my personal twitter/twitch/youtube. On it, I have mixed personal content and brand content as a streamer/youtuber. It’s all growing very well, and I have over 1k on insta, growing daily, but I want to rebrand my JonDoe account to my streamer brand, lets call it SillyGamerStuff and start posting more funny / on-brand content. I figured I’d just start a second account for JonDoe’s personal stuff, for family, friends, girlfriend, etc and run with the momentum on my main account, now named SillyGamerStuff (don’t eff with momentum, right?) My only hangup, is that I would basically lose all my personal history on my JonDoe -> now SillyGamerStuff. “lose” as in, all my personal stuff from before I started this online personality, from about 2 years back, so 5 years or so of history, would be buried under all the brand content.
